Privacy policy

Agency Parlay is a venture of Heroine House, and the design and development work is carried out by BTTB Agency. This page explains what the site collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. The short version: the only information we gather is what you type into the application form, and we use it to answer you.

What we collect

One form on this site collects personal information, the artist application on the Become an artist page. It asks for:

  • Your full name and email address, which are required so we can reply.
  • Your phone number, which is optional.
  • Your current city of residence.
  • The opening you are applying for.
  • Links to your portfolio, past work or social media.
  • Whatever you choose to tell us about yourself and your work.
  • Whether you consent to being contacted by email about your application.

We collect nothing else. There is no account to create, no newsletter signup, and no tracking or advertising technology on this site.

What happens to it

Submissions are sent to us by email at callme@agencyparlay.com and are not stored in this website’s database. We use them to consider your application and to reply to you. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list.

Technical information

Like most websites, our host records standard server logs, which can include your IP address, browser type and the pages you requested. These are used to keep the site running and secure.

Spam protection

The application form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a person rather than a bot. To do that, Cloudflare receives your IP address and some information about your browser, and may set a cookie for the duration of the check. Cloudflare’s own privacy terms govern that processing: see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy. We also apply a hidden field, a timing check and a limit on how many applications can be sent from one address in an hour.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cookies may be set by Cloudflare Turnstile as described above, and by WordPress itself if you log in to administer the site.

How long we keep it

We keep an application for as long as we are considering it and for a reasonable period afterwards, in case an opening comes up that suits your work. Ask us to delete it and we will.

What rights you have

You can ask us for a copy of what you sent, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email callme@agencyparlay.com and we will answer. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights under laws such as the GDPR or state privacy laws in the United States; we will honour those requests regardless of where you are.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update this page and the date at the top.
